These 4-pot calipers with vented discs will keep things cool - helping to avoid brake fade. This 4 pot vented brake kit is supplied with 4-pot alloy calipers, adaptor plates, vented discs and fast road pads for maximum stopping power. 

Direct fit on cars with 16P or 16PB calipers. Will not fit with hub cap style wheels, TR2-6 up to 1969

Note: If wishing to fit to TR3 (only suitable for chassis no TS13046 on) and early TR4, the later caliper mounting brackets are required which are not available new, the part numbers were 133499 (RH) & 133500 (LH).

Calipers are anodised in black, sets come in complete branded BCC box with pads. Lightweight direct fit to standard upright/ disc reduces unsprung weight.
  • Using the proven BCC design the caliper is machined from Aerospace grade Aluminium for strength and durability.
  • BCC calipers are sulphuric or hard anodised to prevent corrosion and then assembled.
  • The pistons are made by BCC from 303 Stainless Steel to prevent corrosion and ensure a long life of faultless operation.
  • The seals are supplied by British manufacturers of OEM automotive hydraulic seals.
  • BCC calipers are fastened together with 10.9 grade high tensile steel bolts or high grade 316 HiMo Stainless Steel bolts certified to grade 10.9.

Rossini performance drilled and grooved discs are handed Right/Left. The drillings cool the disc to reduce brake fade, the grooves reduce pad glazing and increase grip. The embedded Rossini logo on the disc face lets you know when they need replacing. Can be used with Standard or Uprated brake pads.

Just like the extremely rare factory optional Al-Fin brake drums, these reproduction finned drums not only look good but substantially reduce brake fade on hard driven cars. They feature strong finned aluminium alloy shells with iron inserts.

These brake drums have a central hole with a standard size of 70.5mm in order for them to fit numerous models across the Triumph range. If the hole is too large for your Triumph model, any potential spigotting effect will be neutralised by the tightening of the locating screws.

The Stud Holes are drilled on a PCD of 114.3mm (as original) and suitable for standard "pull through" 7/16” studs as used on all but early Girling axled cars. The hubs on Girling axles are fitted with screw in, front mounted studs. These studs, which feature a slight shoulder, may not allow the drum to sit flat on the hub. This can be resolved by drilling the hub and effectively converting it to use the later pull through studs.

The Locating Screw Holes are drilled on a PCD of 100mm (as original).
