How do I apply for the Trade & Wholesale Programme?
To join our Trade & Wholesale Programme, all you have to do is contact our Sales & Marketing Manager, Andrew Mundy:-
We will then issue you with your own customer number, a dedicated telephone number to use when contacting us, explain the annual spend thresholds for discount
and set you up with access to our Trade Portal.
What are the advantages of the Trade & Wholesale Programme?
From day 1, your account will be set up with a pricing structure that will give you trade discounted prices and also our exclusive quantity break pricing. Unlike some other companies we do not discount orders with a fixed percentage. We have set retail and trade prices on each part number PLUS quantity break prices on select lines. The level of discount is dependent on the margins we receive.
The level of discount offered will be reviewed regularly. Basically, the more you order from us on a regular basis, the larger the discount you receive. We do reserve the right to reduce discounts if order values reduce. PLEASE NOTE: VOR orders are not included in the discount structure.
You will also have access to our dedicated Trade Portal which shows availability, our retail price, your buying price plus any quantity break prices available. You can enter part numbers individually or upload them in text or csv files and place orders 24/7.

How do I pay for my orders?
All new accounts will be asked to pay for goods at the time of order by business credit card. Personal credit/debit cards, Paypal or bank transfers are also acceptable. We will only charge for parts included in your order. Back-ordered items will only be charged for at the time of despatch.
How do I order?
Our Trade Portal is the most efficient method of ordering, providing a simple and convenient process and displaying alternative products and price points and quantity price breaks where available.
You can also e-mail your order to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Alternatively, the dedicated telephone number given to you at the time of starting your trade account can also be used. This will bypass our normal automated telephone service used by our retail customers.
Finally, you can fax your order to 01522 567600 (overseas +44 1522 567600). Please ensure that all fax orders are typed to ensure that there can be no misunderstanding on part numbers caused by misreading handwritten lists.
Please note that our retail website (www.rimmerbros.com) is not suitable for placing trade orders as it has fixed retail prices only. It is however a useful resource for selecting parts, current stock availability/pricing and information on alternative products.

To help ensure that your orders are efficiently and speedily despatched, please consolidate your orders. Please note to avoid delays for all we do not permit making late changes or additions to orders once processed.
Can you deliver direct to my customer?
Yes. We are happy to deliver directly to your customer at a handling surcharge of £2.50 + VAT. The invoice will not be sent with the goods. It will be posted or emailed to you separately. This service is only available in the UK as all overseas shipments require documentation with goods.
