How to Order

Using the system

Our online ordering system is here to make it easy for you to order parts.

We suggest starting your journey from the homepage, where you can see any special offers or promotions we have running, clicking on a special offer banner will apply the offer discount to your order right from the start.

Now begin by selecting the vehicle manufacturer from the menu bar that runs across the top of any web page and then choosing the vehicle model that you are interested in.

At the top of the vehicle model page there will be a banner containing useful information specific to the vehicle model chosen, such as identifying production years and change points. 

Below the banner will be a visual guide to the different sections of the vehicle, arranged alphabetically and replicated in a menu on the left hand side. Simply select the most relevant section, for example, Clutch, to see all the components. 

As you go through the catalogue online, simply enter the quantity you require and click the 'Add to Cart' button to add that quantity to your shopping cart. Please note as we sell most items singularly we show a quantity of 1 as a default regardless of the quantity fitted to the vehicle, if you require more than 1 of an item you will need to ensure you change the quantity.

The 'Item Information' should be used to confirm your part number selection.

Refer to Part Description & Information for details of how to interpret the data shown if required.

The contents of your cart are displayed.

You can amend any quantities by typing in the new quantity and clicking 'update cart'.

You can reset your current order by clicking 'Clear cart'.

Then, you can either click 'Continue Shopping' or 'Proceed to Checkout'.

If checking out, and you have already logged in, your details will be displayed and you will have the option to modify any details (eg shipping address etc). You will then have the opportunity to finally review your order and enter the payment method before completing the purchase.

Finally, you will be given an order reference, and an email will be sent to you confirming the purchase. When the order is despatched, you will also receive confirmation by email.

Other Ways to Order
You can phone us, email your enquiry (do not email credit card details as this can not be guaranteed to be secure),
fax or post your order to us (please request an exact remittance if sending a bank transfer).

Our busy sales counter can also serve your needs during business hours. We have cars on display (including Factory cut-away Land Rover's), a sitting area and free tea and coffee. Being a historic cathedral city, Lincoln is also a nice place to visit if you want to make a day of it. See our map and how to find us. If you are in a rush, it can often help if you call in your order ahead (or order on-line and select 'Counter Collection'), and we will have it ready waiting for you when you arrive.
