Log in into your account and find the latest order status information.

For small packages, we use Royal Mail's First Class post service for UK orders and Deutsche Post service for overseas. Most larger parcels are sent via DPD, UPS, Fedex and DHL for all destinations. Very Large domestic orders are sent via DX Freight or Road/Air/Sea Freight for overseas. Upon despatch of your order, we will email you with a tracking number. You can click the hyperlink in the email or alternatively follow your parcel's progress by using one of the links below to enter your tracking details.

As the Covid-19 challenges continue (due to volumes experienced & the operational changes we have had to make to ensure we maintain the safety of our staff), we are currently despatching Standard UK orders within 2-3 days and Standard Export within 5-6 days.

Due to carrier capacity issues, not all Express services are guaranteed, although most arrive within the usual timescales.

All International Airmail has been affected by the reduced amount of international flights. This has led to increased surcharges and delays. A significant amount of the world’s Airmail (small packets) is currently travelling by sea container. For most countries outside the EU we have removed Airmail as a shipping option to avoid delays & disappointment. There are also some in-country backlogs which contribute to these delivery delays. Currently, Airmail for most countries outside the EU is not a cost effective option as the hefty surcharges being applied then equate to the same cost as a carrier service. We will therefore continue to only offer a carrier service to these destinations for the time being.
