The factory specification denotes that a Red colour coded camshaft would be intended for a 4.6L engine, whereas an orange colour coded camshaft is intended for a 4.0L engine.
However, the colour coding varies from the above, in that a 4.6L camshaft is colour coded orange and a 4.0L camsahft is colour coded yellow.
