Rover Mini Suspension
Your Mini's suspension evolved from hydrolastic systems to rubber cone designs. Dry cone units provide that characteristic firm ride, whilst hydrolastic variants offer superior comfort. Both require regular inspection for optimal handling and safety.
Essential Suspension Components
Worn rear subframe bushes cause vague handling and uneven tyre wear. Perished rubber cones collapse, lowering ride height excessively. Check brake mounting points simultaneously. Inspect steering components for wear; suspension faults accelerate steering deterioration. Ensure wheel arch clearances remain adequate after modifications.
We stock genuine and uprated components for all variants. Include suspension checks in regular servicing. Contact our specialists for technical guidance.
