Product Description

Triumph TR5 Pressure Relief Valves - TR5 Original
All units are calibrated to give 105-110 p.s.i., which is the correct working fuel pressure for these Lucas injection systems. TR5 and early TR6 models had a short  (3/8 in.) valve. Later TR6’s had a longer (1 1/4 in.) valve. They are interchangeable. The design change was adopted to help to stop valve body distortion and subsequent relief valve pressure fluctuations.  For information on setting the pressure relief valve, please refer to the workshop manual
