This LOF 3-piece ROADspec clutch kit, is for the TR7, TR8, TVR & MGB V8, with the 3.9ltr, 4.2ltr & 4.9ltr engines. With the 5 speed manual gearbox.

  • 1x LOF 9.5″ HD ROADspec clutch cover.
  • 1x LOF 242mm HD drive plate, lined with high quality woven copper+ Brass friction material.
  • 1x TVR Release bearing, as used on the 9.5″ RWD vehicles.
  • 1x OE spec Spigot bush for the Rover v8.
  • 6x 5/16″ Clutch cover bolts.
  • 1x Assembly grease.
  • Safe working limit: 350Nm. < br><br>

  • TVR Chimaera 400/450/500.
  • TVR Griffith 4.3L/400/500.
  • TVR S’ Series V8.

Complete kit to convert from self centering to conventional clutch.
The brand new release bearing carrier included in this kit allows fitment of a conventional bearing, to replace the plastic bodied carrier used in the self centering clutch.
Must be fitted as a complete kit.

10.5"/266.5mm diameter clutch.
Designed for use with lightened flywheel - 612368LIGHT and bolt kit - RB7491URFK.
Original flywheel can be re-drilled/tapped to suit if required.
A self centering release bearing to suit application is also required.
Note: clutch release mechanism must be free from wear to gain sufficient movement.
Clutch is suitable for applications up to 350BHP.
Not suitable for 4 speed (LT95) gearbox in early Range Rover Classic & Series 3 109

Self Centering Clutch

NOTE: It is possible to fit a self-centering clutch assembly to versions previously fitted with a conventional type, but only as a complete kit. The self centering release bearing is not compatible with the conventional type cover and vice versa.
