Rear Coil Spring - Standard - 216275
Note for TR4A, IRS Axle

The rear end of the IRS TR4A was notoriously weak. Our standard spring (Part No 216275) is in fact the TR6 spring which is slightly uprated at 358lbs over the TR4A standard spring at 280lbs. We recommend this as the minimum rate spring to use on TR4A models to avoid a sagging rear end.

We recommend that all coil springs be fitted in pairs.

After sitting for 45 years, new springs raised rear of car by anout 1.5 inches. Spring had good finish and fit perfectly.
