The switch appears to be of good quality and fits well. However, there are two issues. First, you will have to use a continuity tester to determine which wire belongs to which connection. The position of the connectors is not the same as the original switch. Secondly, the washer motor switch, which attaches to the rear of the wiper motor switch needs to be secured (I used duck tape) because the threads do not hold. Push hard enough and you will drive the washer switch through the threa
