Did this item work well with your project? What vehicle type are you using this for? This component can be fitted to a Vitesse 6 with 1600 engine. The original crankcase breather must be removed and the aperture blanked off with a plate and gasket. To maintain crankcase breathing the engine MUST be fitted with an alloy rocker cover. In my case a pipe from the rocker cover outlet to an adapter on the air filter box provides a closed breather system. It works well with no pressure-forced leaks from the engine.
