Keep the heat away from the fuel

Did this item work well with your project? What vehicle type are you using this for?
I have a 1970 Spitfire using twin HS2 carbs. This is another step to keep the heat away from the carbs and fuel. I live in a very hot climate and even with 190 degree F. water temp it still destroys the paint on the headers. Air/fuel ratio has been checked and is fine. Summer is on the way and I hope to have great results.
