Produced in conjunction with one of the UK's leading Rover V8 specialists, PRV402 features a superb quality UK manufactured crossram intake manifold and 4 genuine Spanish Weber 45DCOE carburettors to produce phenomenal power in applications where space is at a premium.
The kit is supplied with thermostat housing and a new throttle cable and custom designed throttle quadrant to ensure smooth and reliable throttle pedal action.
The height of the kit from the top of the intake port to the highest point on the carburettors, is 200mm, and the overall width including the standard length 45DCOE air horns, is 500mm.
The 45DCOEs in the kit are supplied with the following "starting point" calibration which will allow the engine to start and run:
- Venturi: 36mm
- Auxiliary venturi: 4.5
- Main jet: 145
- Air corrector: 155
- Emulsion tube: F16
- Idle jet: 55F8
- Pump jet: 45
To achieve maximum power, drivability and efficiency, we recommend that you have the carburettors calibrated on a rolling road.
