TR7 Short Engine Rebuild Kit - (less Crank) - USA Specification - RB7031RBK
This short engine rebuild kit includes the minimum of parts required when rebuilding an engine (less crank & cam); and assumes that your cylinder block & crankshaft are serviceable. Crank bearings are supplied +0.010" oversize and low compression pistons are supplied +0.020" oversize. Please state if alternate sizes are required. Also, if ordering a new cylinder block (RB7040), stand size pistons will be required.

Kit contains:-

  • Piston set (LC) (+0.020")
  • Main & big end bearings (+0.010")
  • Thrust washers (std)
  • Oil pump & filter
  • Sump gasket set including oil seals
  • Head Gasket set
  • Timing chain kit
Optional items (available to purchase separately):-
  • Water pump overhaul kit (RB7062)
  • Head stud & nut kit (RTC2375)
  • Core plug - engine set (RB7000)
