Transfer Case Actuator Gear for ZF Transmissions - IGH500040PGEAR - Aftermarket
Transfer box actuator motors (IGH500040) are fitted with a nylon gear which is driven by a metal gear, over time the nylon gear wears and strips its teeth and fails to operate.

Land Rover does not service the actuator motor and it is very expensive to replace.

Symptoms include; Clicking from the transfer case, the 4x4 light, brake and ABS lights all illuminated and poor 4x4 performance.

Fit this improved inexpensive actuator gear and give the motor a new lease of life at a fraction of the cost.
