It works fine but isn’t a “plug and play” replacement.

This is a perfectly functional replacement, it works well. However, you do need to plug the large(ish) hole in the bottle lid after removing the original. It’s not hard but a little thought in the design of the new motor would negate the need. Other than that, it works perfectly well.
