Exactly as Rimmer's advise.

Yes, it's a faffing job to do. Start by cutting the channel to the correct length, drill the rivets out of the old ones. Measure the old against new to align the holes, then carefully drill the new channels - they are very easily bent and squashed! The hard bit then is to rivet the brackets onto the new channels making sure that they don't protrude & catch the glass. If you like a challenge - this job is for you. If not, spend a lot more money & buy them ready assembled. Good luck!

Having discovered a loose pivot on the winder mechanism I bought a new one from Rimmers. The quality is excellent and some attention had been given to the weak point so hopefully it won't happen again. Mind you, the one I was replacing was nearly 50 years old so one can't complain. As usual, Rimmers' service is outstanding and they are doing a great job in these difficult times. Well done, lads (and lasses)!

Per mia colpa ho rotto il vetro sportello dx appena arrivato il nuovo vetro ho cambiato anche il meccanismo e gli scorrevoli il tutto pur non essendo un meccanico si è adattato perfettamente
