Designed using the latest in cam design technology, low overlap and minimal duration to help create a package that is unbeatable when installed in a standard production road car or 4x4. Straight swap for standard cam. Improves low-rev and mid range torque with up to 22 BHP increase in power (1000-4500rpm power band), and retains smooth idle characteristics and fuel economy. Also suitable for automatics. No modifications are necessary to ensure straightforward installation. Uprated cam followers and uprated single valve springs are required. A K+N air filter is a worthy and easy upgrade to also enhance performance with this cam.

The benefit with this cam, is that it uses uprated single valve springs, and does not require machining of valve spring platforms. Specifically designed for motor sport/competition use, and not generally recommended for road use. This hydraulic cam delivers a power increase dependent upon modifications to heads, fuelling and exhaust (2000-5500rpm power band). This kit requires machining of the valve spring platforms to enable fitting of the double springs, and also the top of the valve guides depending upon application. Uprated cam followers and uprated double valve springs and retaining caps are required. An uprated timing chain kit (RB7449) should also be fitted. These adjustable, 5/16” tube, chrome moly push rods will allow you to properly set the preload without the use of shims.
Always check that the pushrod does not rub on the cylinder head, when the engine is turned over,
and the pushrod moves up and down freely through its complete cycle.

Measurements quoted, refer to approximate overall length, with loose end fitted, and adjuster fully collapsed.
Correct radius for Rover OEM rockers and hydraulic lifters.
Supplied with 3/16" radius ends. Adjustable from 7.92" to 8.20". Tube is moly- 5/16"
