When replacing early front mountings with later items, the front subframe rear mountings must also be replaced with the later type - i.e. when fitting FAM9525 to pre-’97 vehicles, fit a pair along with a pair of KGE100150 rear mountings.

Faced with an extensive refurbishment of my existing MGTF front subframe, it was a no brainer to buy an new original one at Rimmer Bros price. It’s incredibly good value for a fairly intricate fabrication that’s probably been out of production for years. It’s saved a lot of work and sore fingers trying to rescue the old unit that I’ve just removed. Ordering was easy, delivery was two days earlier than expected and it was incredibly well packed for such a heavy part, arriving in perfect condition. Excellent service.
