Please note: These shoes are now manufactured metrically, there is a small difference in the thickness of the linings which may stop the drums fitting, as well as the original drums may have a lip present through wear.

It is therefore recommended using emery paper to file approximately 0.5mm - 1mm from the linings, they are free of asbestos so this is perfectly safe to do.
