EXCHANGE UNITS
All our gearboxes/overdrive units are supplied on a strict 'LIKE for LIKE' Exchange basis
(IE Type 65 gearbox for Type 65 gearbox).
Your old exchange unit(s) MUST be in an undamaged and serviceable (NOT dismantled) condition, and all fluids/oils must be drained BEFORE being returned to us for refund of exchange surcharge.
We reserve the right to retain all or part of the exchange surcharge if the above conditions are not met.

Automatic gearboxes really do require specialist knowledge to dismantle and rebuild, and are normally beyond the capabilities of the DIY enthusiast. We therefore, strongly recommend the fitting of a reconditioned exchange unit.
