A beautiful exhaust with stylish rolled tips and removable baffle cone inserts to customize your sound levels and zero highway drone!
This is a revised version of the Q Sport Exhaust, specifically designed for MX 5 owners with headers such as the Max Power Header or superchargers to further control sound.
By using smooth mandrel bent 2.5" tubing to redirect the flow for a side entrance to the exhaust the sound wave attenuation first chamber was designed to knock down volume level dramatically while maintaining a flow-through design.
The sound is 10-15% louder than stock with a deep sporty burble when you hit the gas, but quiet when cruising.
Removable baffle cone inserts are included and allow you to set the sound to sporty or quiet.
Baffles are retained by small hex bolts seated in each tip. Weight is 24.5 lbs. with baffles removed, 26.5 with baffles installed.
Stock exhaust is over 27 lbs.
Installation is just two bolts and you don’t even need to jack the car up.
