I discovered that all the necessary parts to repair my shift lever were included in the bush kit. Upon inspection, I identified a worn-out rubber bushing, which was causing the car to be unable to shift into reverse. The replacement bushing is made of nylon, and I believe it will be more durable. I am extremely satisfied with the kit.

Old shifter was wearing out and allowing the shifter lever to fall thru the housing on my Triumph Herald. This kit fixed all that.

Good value and an easy DIY job

Bottom nylon ball bushing fell apart leaving me struggling to find gears to get home in the Vitesse 6. This kit provides a complete repair which was easy to fit without the need for special tools. Gearchange is now smoother with less free play. I recommend this kit which is good value considering the number of parts included.
