Parts Warranty
Most new parts sold by Rimmer Bros are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for
24 months or 24,000 miles (whichever occurs first) from the date of invoice. For items covered under a 12-month warranty, this is limited to 12 months or 12,000 miles (whichever occurs first). You should contact us immediately if a potential warranty situation arises. You will need to complete and submit a Warranty Claim Form for us to proceed. You can do so using our online service below, or alternatively via our customer services team. We will reply with a
Returns Authorisation Number, which you should reference on the back of your invoice when returning the item.
Please note that the defective item must be returned and received by us, before your claim can be processed.
All parts returned under warranty are subject to a physical inspection. This may involve returning the part to our supplier for inspection. Please ensure that all returned goods are adequately packaged to avoid damage in transit and obtain a proof of shipment.
