  1. Eligibility: Entry is open to retail customers and contacts of Rimmer Bros Ltd aged 18 or over. Trade and wholesale customers are not eligible for entry. Employees of Rimmer Bros Ltd, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected with this raffle are not eligible for entry.
  2. Entry: To enter, complete the Rimmer Bros Ltd customer survey in full and submit your name and email address via the survey form. Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
  3. Prize: One winner will receive £500 in gift certificates, redeemable exclusively at Rimmer Bros Ltd. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
  4. Promotion Period: Entries must be received between 03/03/2025 and 11:59 PM GMT on 12/03/2025. Late entries will not be accepted.
  5. Winner Selection: Rimmer Bros Ltd. will select the winner at random from all eligible entries within 14 days of the closing date.
  6. Notification: The winner will be notified by email using the provided email address within 7 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, Rimmer Bros Ltd. reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  7. Data Use: By entering, you consent to Rimmer Bros Ltd collecting and processing your name and email address for the purpose of administering the raffle. Personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy policy and GDPR regulations. Entrants may opt out of future marketing communications at any time.
  8. Publicity: The winner agrees to their first name and country/region (e.g., "John, UK") being used in promotional announcements related to the raffle, unless otherwise requested.
  9. General: Rimmer Bros Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the raffle or these terms at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be communicated via our website. Entry implies acceptance of these terms. This raffle is governed by English law.
