Prices
We show two prices in GBP, one excluding VAT (for worldwide, outside EC countries) and one including VAT at 20% (for UK and EC countries). The cost of Shipping and packing is not included. This is shown separately at the end of the order (excluding oversized export orders which are quoted for on an individual basis).

All orders placed will be invoiced and charged in GBP. Please be aware that when you use a translation program to translate our website, it will not translate/convert the price correctly. Any prices shown in US Dollars, Euros or other currency are subject to exchange rate fluctuations and are intended for guidance only and cannot be assumed to be wholly accurate. All goods are sold subject to the price ruling at the time of invoicing.

VAT
Residents of UK and EC countries pay 20% VAT on parts and delivery. For EC businesses who are VAT registered, we require your VAT number and official order to export at VAT exempt prices. For worldwide (outside the EC) orders sent direct from our premises, VAT is not applicable. N.B. Books and manuals are currently zero rated for VAT purposes. Visitors to our shop counter from outside the EC can reclaim the VAT using a VAT407 Reclaim Form which we provide. Please Note : This form can not be used for Mail Order transactions.

Payment
We accept all major credit, debit & charge cards for secure on-line payments. We accept Paypal on orders where all the items are in stock. You can also mail in a cheque (in GBP) or arrange a bank transfer (in GBP/Euro/US Dollar) - please add £7.00 to cover bank charges.

Minimum Order Value
We respectfully request a minimum £5 order value. It is uneconomical for us to process an order for less than this amount. In addition, we have a minimum postage charge which inevitably pushes up the cost of small, low value parts. It is therefore better for you (and for us) if your order can be a minimum of £5 which results in far better value for money. P.S. Why not add an oil filter to your order!

Written Quotations
If you require a written quotation for the part(s) and/or delivery charge(s) before ordering, please ask.

Back orders
Back-ordered parts are not charged for until despatch. Upon despatch we will charge the price (in GBP) quoted at the time of ordering. Prices will be unaffected by any subsequent price alterations unless advised in writing to you. Please notify us in writing (letter, fax or email) if you wish to cancel any back ordered items. Back orders are automatically cancelled after 3 months. Back Ordered parts will be sent carriage free (some exclusions apply for export overseas). If you would prefer that your order is sent complete, you can enter a comment in the 'Order Comments' box.

Special Orders
Certain items (coloured trim, carpets, one-off type parts, etc) are sometimes only available by special order. This means we have to order them for you specially from the manufacturer. For this reason, we require a 20% non-refundable deposit upon taking your order. The balance is payable when the goods are despatched. Please note that special order items can take several weeks to be supplied.
