Did this item work well with your project? What vehicle type are you using this for? Although these were quite expensive, I bought them as they are OEM, so should therefore fit well and be easily installed. The kit of parts received did not match the online instructions. The main mounting brackets were stamped L and R, but they also came with stickers saying LH and RH. The stickers contradicted the stamps on the metal, so required a trial fit. The kit also included some expanding shell inserts, which took a lot of effort to make them work well. I had a single bolt, and a single small square item with a drilled hole left over. These do not appear to be part of the kit. Final installed parts are good and robust.
