Did this item work well with your project? What vehicle type are you using this for? Using these to replace the standard door sills on my 2014 F-Type, and they look great. However, big NOTE, the instructions (official Jaguar) are not that clear on one topic, the black plastic has a lip that MUST hook over the edge of the body work. If you miss it and attach the aluminium plate, then you need to buy a whole new set (which is what I had to do). I noticed it on the passenger side but that, sadly, was too late for the driver side. But overall, they look great. just wish the instructions could have been clearer (also the instructions mention new screws and a wipe, neither were in the kit supplied).
