Did this item work well with your project? What vehicle type are you using this for? This is a great idea to add extra security to a classic car. Simply replace the negative battery terminal with this device, then remove the turnscrew to immobilise the car. I haven't fitted the low-load fused bypass because I don't need to keep a clock powered, but I will probably do so in the future. Also a very simple solution.
