Did this item work well with your project? What vehicle type are you using this for? Adaptor worked well. Benefit less mess and oil filter can be filled with oil requiring only a short period of cold cranking with HT lead removed to get oil pressure before starting engine. Oil change after fitting Adaptor. Oil leaked between Adaptor and engine block. Therefore considered essential to purchase Adaptor Service kit on future oil filter changes. Also required, a 1" Box Spanner to unscrew and tighten Adaptor. I made one from a 1" Socket cut down with an extension tube welded to it with a hole through tube for a turn bar.
