Did this item work well with your project? What vehicle type are you using this for?
13yr old Freelander 2, 150,000miles. We spent a fair amount getting her through the MOT and a week later there was a rubbing noise, nearside front. Checked brakes for binding, all ok as we replaced all the disc's, drums and pads. So we changed out front bearing - no joy. Found noise was loose hand brake cable rubbing on prop shaft, secured no rubbing noise but now a grinding noise. Found prop shaft bearing loose and warn, replace bearing not recommended, buy a second hand prop may not last, buy one from landrover -not on your nelly.
Rimmer Bro's part in stock, reasonable cost and delivered to NE Scotland, fitted and drives like new. Job done.
