The product itself is fine - as expected
‘ Excellent ‘ refers to help at Rimmer's’ Customer Service when the original order was delivered by Amazon to the wrong address.and disappeared.
Emily's response was very, pleasant, very understanding and resulted in the fast arrival of a replacement by Royal Mail - and a credit note.
