Did this item work well with your project? What vehicle type are you using this for? Used on my TR6 (1975 USA spec). A lot of replacement parts don't work well - poor fit or finish etc. This is a nice replacement part - everything fit well. I replaced my old aluminium housing (bought more than 10 years ago) which had very poor threads when new, and studs just pulled out - explaining the leaks! This version seems to have much stronger, better cut threads so hopefully it lasts.
