Did this item work well with your project? What vehicle type are you using this for? I would have rated this a 5 except that it did not fit perfectly. Even though that probably is related more closely to dismantling/reassembling the whole dashboard as I cannot see a problem with the part. After a bit of adjusting, it works fine now.
