Did this item work well with your project? What vehicle type are you using this for? My 1975 Interceptor's bonnet release cable may well be original. Whether or not it is, I very much liked that in a rather dark footwell area, the pull handle had on it a nicely visible etched image in white of a car with a bonnet raised -- making it easier for me and those unfamiliar with the car and working on it to see the release set against the black leather in that area.. Whether or not the release was original, I've come to appreciate it in over 20 years of ownership, and I was worried that I'd not find an identical replacement when the cable snapped at the anchoring bolt earlier this month. Rimmer Bros. to the rescue! Their part was a dead match to what was on my Interceptor, and it was on the way from their location in England to the far side of Canada within hours. Their paperwork for Canada Customs was flawless, and I had the part in less than a week. Less than a week! It was safely packaged for shipping and was in perfect condition upon arrival; installation was a breeze, and that endearing bonnet release logo is once again clearly visible in the footwell. Great product, fair pricing, and skilled shipping. Thank you, Rimmer Bros!
