The bonnet locating cones on my GT6 Mk3 had perished, just leaving the flat metal disk. The metal plates on the bonnet brackets had been replaced with thick rubber which ensured the bonet lined up to the other panels, but it wasn't a very aesthetically pleasing solution. These plates, coupled with new bonnet cones, look great and ensure perfect panel alignment.
