The Rover 800 series, from its early phase between October 1991 and January 1996, represented a significant period for the marque in the executive car segment. This era of the 800 series was characterised by an extensive facelift introduced in late 1991 which saw improvements to exterior aesthetics and interior refinements. The design revisions included smoother body lines, a more imposing grille that took inspiration from classic Rover models, as well as updated headlamps and bumpers - enhancements aimed at modernising the vehicle's presence while retaining its distinctively British sophistication.
Mechanically, the Rover 800 of this generation stuck with a lineup of power units, featuring sturdy four-cylinder engines and more powerful V6 options. Our support, starting strongly with Triumph, extended to include Rover SD1 models in the 1990s, and later expanded to cover Land Rover and Range Rover models, reaching up to the present day. In 2005, our commitment grew to encompass more modern MG-Rover cars and by 2012 we further extended our range to include Jaguar models from 1996 onwards. This growth reflects our dedication to serving the diverse community of classic and modern British car enthusiasts.
