Did this item work well with your project? What vehicle type are you using this for? I bought a cheaper Steering Wheel and Boss/Adapter on Ebay. Was supposed to work for my 1979 MG Midget. Was never able to make it work properly. Ultimately had to return the Steering Wheel and Boss/Adapter to seller. Bought a Tourist Trophy Boss/Adapter and it fit perfectly. Bought the Moto Lita 13" flat Steering Wheel and it bolted up perfectly and looks Fantastic! My goal was to replace the Original 15" Steering Wheel with a 13" Steering Wheel to give me a bit more room behind the wheel as I am a big guy. I'm now very happy with the results!
