I used this stuff to re fix my passenger side window which through old age and a corroded window Channel had given up any grip it once had , fortunately I had a new channel which helped but even then found it hard to fit the glass , opening the channel slightly enabled it to fit and still be tight enough to securely hold the glass .
I found that gluing the rubber to the glass first , then fitting the channel the best way .
