Did this item work well with your project? What vehicle type are you using this for? My reviews go way off topic so I will try to do better. After 40 years or so, these shatter into tiny little pieces... Actually dust, they crumble to dust. I recommend replacing them much sooner than every 40 years. It's understandable if the car has sat in a barn on a dairy farm with moo-cows in Wisconsin USA since 1983, but not if it's your pride and joy. I probably could have found something similar at my local auto parts store, but ordering the correct part is hassle free and cheap. Hot oil gasses pass through this Y pipe, so check it often.
