Bulkhead - Td5 Early - 1999-2003 - LL2107STYLE
Manufactured as OE, fully press tooled using all correct materials.
A premium product, correct to year specifications with every panel fully pressed on job specific tooling. All the panels are made on carefully designed tools which allows for all the intricacies that to be present, even down to the correct 2 depth ribbing in the footwells.
They will also be model specific, with all the correct detail, and available in RHD and LHD. The footwells are double skinned and have all the correct recesses in to minimise the chance of any fluid being trapped between the skins.
Offered in Galvanised & E-Coated finishes.
Galvanised - Offers maximum corrosion resistance but some preparation work will be required before painting.
E-Coated - Electro Plated Paint. This will not clog threads or holes, leave unsightly drips or lumps and can pretty much be fitted with no prep work. This often used by the vehicle manufacturers.
