If you want improved ignition performance, the sports coil is for you. 40,000 volt output gives more reliable starting power, and greater performance at high rpm.  The sports coil is suitable for all 4 cylinder and 6 cylinder TRs covered by this catalogue.  The lumenition coils are designed for use with the appropriate electronic ignition system.
