Our brake pipe sets are assembled with pride for your specific vehicle since 1976. Each pipe is cut to the correct length, fitted with solid brass unions and marked clearly to indicate the correct location on the vehicle. They are virtually corrosion proof.

We use only top quality Cupro Nickel tubing manufactured in Great Britain specifically for braking systems which is Eddy current tested to EN1971, cleanliness to EN12449/12451 which exceeds BLS.30.JC.101. and conforms importantly to DIN74234.
The materials have been tested beyond 10,000psi, double the SAE pressure standard.

Please shape using a brake pipe bending tool (RX2257 , RX2446 ) make sure you do not to crimp or trap the pipe when fitting.

These kits have been developed to provide brake hoses that posses all the efficiencies of braided PTFE lined hoses with the classic look of a rubber hose.

The kits are supplied with either stainless steel or plated mild steel fittings with our new vintage black hose. The lines are also supplied with a new black classic tag and 2 new classic looking stickers for your car, all supplied in great looking packaging.

Triumph TR5-250 Brake Pipes - RHD
Whilst your TR5 or TR250 would originally have been fitted with imperial threaded calipers, this may no longer be the case (please see ‘Brakes - Front & Rear’ section for explanation).  The type of brake pipes connecting to the calipers depends on whether the calipers are imperial or metric threaded.  It is therefore important to establish which calipers are fitted to your car before ordering a brake pipe set.
Brake pipe sets do not include flexible hoses.
