Because ever larger/wider wheels, and stickier/grippier tyres are being fitted it is probably time to consider those poor old spindly Triumph stub axles and feeble wheel bearings?

These symmetrical stub axles use the same larger bearings on the inner and outer race. The bearings have integral seals so no need for those horrible old felt seals anymore, and even the outer dust cap is no longer required.

The alloy hub is specially made in 6061 aerospace grade billet alloy with a Triumph PCD (3 3/4"). The Kit is complete for both sides and is simple to fit with no special tools being required.

NOTE:- Not suitable for early vehicles fitted with bolt on brake caliper mounts.

Here is an alternative to that troublesome trunnion on your Herald or Spitfire (with type 14 brake calipers).

Do away with the oil gun, but more importantly remove the potential for poorly maintained or fatigued or otherwise weak original trunnions and vertical links to suddenly snap and leave you stranded, or worse.

Essential if using larger diameter/wider wheels and sticky tyres.

Developed in conjunction with the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) to a specialist car manufacturer who uses a similar set up on their top of the range high performance model. These kits have been designed to withstand loadings much greater than a Triumph is ever expected to see.

No special tools required, simple to fit, spares readily available.

Please Note
The bearings used in the kit are designed especially for this type of application and are extremely hard wearing. They do not need a dust cover and are 'maintenance free'. We recommend nothing more than an occasional spray of WD40.
