The crankshaft damper is an important part of your Stag engine and actively dampens any undesirable engine harmonics which could otherwise lead to premature wear and possibly a more critical crankshaft failure. Over time, the rubber insert in any crankshaft damper hardens which reduces its effectiveness.

This new crankshaft damper is of steel construction, features a fresh vulcanised rubber insert and is balanced for the best possible performance.
