We're looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our Lincoln hub and help us deliver the swift, seamless aftersales experience our customers deserve.
The Role
This isn't just a desk job. You'll be the central cog that keeps everything moving smoothly. Working closely alongside our sales team, you'll ensure that the customer journey—from order fulfilment to final delivery—meets the high standards expected of a world-class classic parts specialist.
Your day-to-day will be varied and hands-on. You'll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice taking phone calls and responding to emails, handling everything from general enquiries to complex delivery issue resolution. You'll liaise directly with multiple courier partners to unpick delivery challenges, contact customers regarding failed card transactions or shipping cost adjustments, and investigate missing or delayed orders until a satisfactory resolution is found. Crucially, you'll act as the bridge between the customer and the sales floor, feeding back insights and ensuring every loose end is tied up.
What You'll Be Doing
- Handling inbound customer calls and managing email correspondence with genuine enthusiasm.
- Resolving customer complaints with tenacity, turning frustration into satisfaction.
- Proactively contacting customers regarding payment issues, stock shortages, or shipping updates.
- Investigating delivery issues deeply, coordinating with couriers, and clearly reporting outcomes to both the sales team and the customer.
- Managing order fulfilment processes to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
