EU Orders: Orders up to 150€ sent via IOSS (all inclusive) are sent with pre-paid EU VAT on parts and shipping. Orders over 150€ sent via DDP (all inclusive) are sent with pre-paid EU VAT and any duty on parts and shipping – please ask about this and other options when placing your order. Orders over 150€ sent via DAP, VAT is not charged. However, any local import duty, taxes or customs clearance charges are not included in our prices and must be paid for by you, usually at the time of delivery via the carrier.
Worldwide Orders: For Worldwide orders, VAT is not charged. However, any local import duty, taxes or customs clearance charges are not included in our prices and must be paid for by you, usually at the time of delivery via the carrier. GST will be charged for Australia (10%) and New Zealand (15%) on parts and shipping for orders up to AUD/NZD $1000. For orders over $1000.01, the GST charge will be removed before payment and shipping occur. GST is then charged & collected by customs upon entry to the country. For GST-registered businesses, the charge is removed from the order. GST will be displayed as “VAT” on the checkout page and invoice. Residents of Norway are charged 25% VAT on parts and shipping.
