Our services remain unchanged. Our expert sales and customer service staff are available to take your calls, emails and chats as usual. We continue to support all of your parts needs.

It is still recommended that you continue to wear a face covering in crowded and enclosed spaces where you may come into contact with other people you do not normally meet. If you're planning on visiting us in person, please be aware that we still request that you wear a face covering in our shop at all times unless you are exempt.

Despatch & Delivery

We are currently despatching Standard UK orders within 1-3 working days and Standard Export within 2-4 working days.

Due to carrier capacity issues, not all Express services are guaranteed, although most arrive within the usual timescales.

All International Airmail has been affected by the reduced amount of international flights, although this has been steadily improving. It has led however to increased surcharges and delays in some cases. A significant amount of the world’s Airmail (small packets) has been travelling by sea container. For most countries outside the EU it is not cost effective currently (being the same cost as a carrier service), so we have removed Airmail as a shipping option (in some cases) for the time being and replaced it with a carrier service to avoid delays & disappointment. There have also been some in-country backlogs which contribute to these delivery delays.

Click & Collect

Our ‘Click & Collect’ service will continue as a permanent addition to our overall service. If you want to order parts and you need to collect them in person, please select this service. We will email you when your order is ready to collect, usually within 60 minutes. Payment can be made upon collection via chip and pin. Please park in the Click & Collect marked bays right outside the showroom entrance. There is a phone number to call if you prefer to wait in your vehicle.

For Pre-Paid orders placed online or on the telephone, we need at least 2.5 hour’s notice prior to collection. This is to allow the order to be processed in our system, picked by our team and prepared for you. Please do not arrive early! If you are collecting an order and require further details, please call ahead (01522 568000).

We are able to accommodate limited numbers of walk-in customers who have not pre-ordered into the shop. Please follow our onsite rules which include a request to wear face coverings and use of hand gel. Please help to protect yourself and our staff by following any instructions given to you by our team. If you have a considerable list of parts required, please pre-order these online or on the phone using our 'Click & Collect' service as detailed above. This will help prevent long waiting times for all customers. Rimmer Bros continue to operate a reduced on site workforce, we appreciate your patience.

We aim to make shopping in the UK easy for you and offer 3 types of delivery services into Europe:

  1. IOSS (Import One Stop Shop) All-Inclusive Shipping. Economical service for residential customer, low value orders under 150 € excluding VAT & shipping. No customs fees, duties, or additional charges. EU VAT included. There is nothing more to pay. Please see below for further details.
  2. EU Standard All-Inclusive Shipping. For residential customer orders over 150 € excluding VAT & shipping. This includes all customs fees, EU VAT & and any duty. There is nothing more to pay. Please see below for further details. Please Note: We are currently unable to offer this service to Germany.
  3. EU Standard or Express Saver Shipping. (DAP - Delivered at Place) for residential or business customers for orders of any value. This includes the cost of delivery but excludes payment of EU VAT, any duty or customs clearance fees which must be paid by you direct to the carrier. Please see below for further details.

Available to residential customers only.

Available for all orders placed by web, telephone & email. Note: We are currently unable to offer this service to the Republic or Ireland. Use EU Standard All Inclusive Shipping or DAP service instead. 

The IOSS door-to-door scheme is the most economical and convenient way of importing low value orders into the EU and is available to residential customers for orders under 150 € excluding VAT & shipping.
  • Ideal for small value orders up to 150 € excluding VAT & shipping.
  • All-inclusive door-to-door price for parts.
  • Delivery & EU VAT included.
  • No customs fees.
  • No duties.
  • No additional charges.
  • The price we quote is the price you pay*.
  • Not available to businesses with EORI numbers – use Delivered at Place (DAP) service instead.
*Oversized consignments may require additional freight which will be quoted prior to sending your order. IOSS orders are delivered quickly via GLS road service.

EU Standard All-Inclusive Shipping
Available to residential customers only.

Available for all orders placed by web, telephone & email. Note: We are currently unable to offer this service to Germany – use Delivered at Place (DAP) service instead.

The ideal choice for residential customer orders over 150 € excluding VAT & shipping. Provides a very convenient solution for larger consignments to the EU.

We ship your order door-to-door inclusive of all charges. Our Standard All-Inclusive Delivery service takes care of everything for you in one, single payment. Orders are delivered quickly with no customs or border delays and there are no additional charges to worry about. Just place your order using our All-Inclusive Delivery service and we will take care of everything for you.
  • For orders over 150 € excluding VAT & shipping.
  • All-inclusive door-to-door price for parts.
  • Delivery & EU VAT included.
  • Customs fees and any duty included.
  • No additional charges.
  • The price we quote is the price you pay*

Although this method of shipping may appear cheaper at the outset, it can sometimes work out more expensive than the Standard All Inclusive Delivery or IOSS services noted above, depending upon order value and number of items in the order.
  • Note that all prices shown on our website exclude VAT.
  • EU VAT (based on the country of destination) is payable, plus a brokerage fee* and duty** if applicable.
  • Our carrier will collect these charges from you prior to delivery - a link will be sent requesting payment.
  • The shipping charge displayed on our website does not include these charges if this option is selected.
  • Our carrier will handle the customs formalities.
  • A commercial invoice will be included with your order.
  • EU businesses will need to provide us with an EORI number upon placing an order.
*A brokerage fee is calculated and charged by the carrier 'per consignment' upon customs entry.
** Duty is applicable to items that originate from outside of the UK or EU.
