The seals were a really good fit, just had to trim a little bit off the end of each side. They even have a sticky strip on one side to fix on the headlight! I found it easier to slide the seal into place after the bumper was refitted, then pulled off the cover of the sticky strip as I held the seal in place on the headlight.
