Did this item work well with your project? What vehicle type are you using this for? Bought this set of front spring protectors for my Rover 75 from Rimmer Bros. Great value and good quality. Usual great service form Rimmer Bros.

Did this item work well with your project? What vehicle type are you using this for? Fitted a pair of these 10 years ago when first changed front struts. Last month (before MOT) I noticed the front spring was broken. On releasing the spring protector when BONG - the broken pinged off and from its final position it would have surely punctured the tyre. If you have not fitted a pair of these (only require 2 bolts)then please do before a broken spring punctures your tyre - perhaps at speed! Only a few quid will save your (and loved ones) life.
